Cozy Moments is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We respect your right to privacy and we recognize the trust you are placing in us through your dealings with us. As such we do everything we can to maintain that trust. We do not collect any personal information other than what is required to complete your purchase transaction. Payment and credit card data is only collected by PayPal on their secure servers. Please refer to PayPal's privacy policies on www.paypal.com for further information. We do not share email addresses, phone numbers or other contact information with anyone!
Secure Payment
Payments are processed on PayPal's secure transaction servers. A Pay Pal account is not required to purchase using your credit card or debit card, however you will be offered an opportunity to sign up for a free PayPal account at the end of the payment process (not required). Cozy Moments accepts the following for payment, charges will appear on your credit card statement as CozyMomentsLLC: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Shipping and Handling
- Our products are made to order and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Anyone outside the USA, if you are interested in purchasing any of our products, please e-mail
us for a shipping quote.
- We ship Monday - Saturday.
- You will receive a tracking number from Pay Pal when your order ships.
- Shipping is calculated by amount and is as follows:
0.01 to $5.00 - $3.55
$5.01 to $10.00 - $5.55
$10.01 to $15.00 - $7.55
$15.01 to $74.99 - $9.80
$75.00 and up - FREE shipping!
- We do not charge handling fees.
Insurance
Insurance is optional but recommended. Under no circumstances is Cozy Moments held responsible for your order once it leaves our hands. Although insurance is optional, we strongly recommend that you choose to insure your package. Insurance is meant to protect you, the buyer. Just send us an email to let us know if you would like to add insurance to your order and we will send you an invoice. Insurance is $1.70. Buyer assumes the risk of loss and/or damage by not opting for extra insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier. We will not replace or refund for lost or damaged packages.
Returns
We are very proud of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products please let us know so that we can reach a fair and mutually agreed upon resolution. Due to the nature of our products we do not offer cash refunds.

Soaps/Bath & Body Products
Our bath & body products and soaps are for external use only. If skin irritation develops, discontinue use. Cozy Moments is not responsible for any injury incurred by use or misuse of any product. Although our products are handmade using primarily natural ingredients, the possibility of allergic reaction/skin sensitivity is not eliminated. If you experience any discomfort or abnormal reaction, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.
Wickless Candles
Cozy Moments is NOT responsible for damage or injury due to lack of care and attention when melting our wickless candles. For your safety we include with your purchase a warning label regarding how to safely melt your purchased wickless candle(s). Please use this resource to ensure that your candle melting experience is a SAFE one.
Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product. Your purchase from Cozy Moments signifies your acceptance of the aforementioned information and policies.
